Building a strategy that meets you where you are, aligning all your decisions, building a moat even if you’re a startup.

Over time, this article will contain materials for creating this practical strategy that meets you where you are now, and builds into a clear, differentiated, and defensible strategy, that everyone in the company can follow.

I’ve personally built companies from small self-funded products through to a unicorn launching its second and third product lines, and this system works equally well in both cases.
